the 1st festival...
...took place on may 1 1991 and had the title LASTE TANTSU FESTIVAL (children dance festival). it was a one-day-lasting event that took place on the stage of former "ugala" theatre (known as fellin).
there were five groups dancing: kullaketrajad, sinilind, hetero, eve stuudio and... (recalling... unsuccessful).
the whole budget of the festival was 25 estonian krones (about 1.7 €) and it covered the expenses of transport from the railway station to fellin...
