Da Wu - Great Dance is a qigong method based on two thousand years old form of health exercise. It consists of eight soft movements, that help to activate the body, calm breathing and relax the mind.

Qigong is based on three treasures,
basic material, energy and spirit.

These treasures manifest themselves in practice as
adjusting body, breathing and mind.

During the workshop we will do some exercises concentrating on these three as well.  

KAUKO UUSOKSA has practiced several Qigong (Chi Kung) methods since seventies, including ways to train Qi energy in and around us by stretching, massage and movement, breathing, silent concentration and meditation, visualization and through inner cultivation of elixir.
