Action Theater is a method of improvisation. It considers body/sound/text as one whole organism and takes it to the playgrounds where the possibilities to move into the patterns that surround us are explored. These patterns are not determined by stories and names but by the physical reality around us.

I invite people who were part of Shinichi's and Sten's workshops in the previous two weeks to participate. I don't pay too much attention to the technical nuances but offer the possibility to try out all what we learned and just to play - i.e. more group improvisations, more playing structures.
